MISSIÓ

El CIFP Can Marines és un centre integrat de formació professional creat per a formar alumnes que responguin a les demandes professionals dels sectors abans esmentats (habilitats pròpies de cada cicle, valors i competències). Amb aquesta finalitat el centre se planteja assolir fonamentalment dos objectius:
1. Oferir accions formatives referides al catàleg nacional de qualificacions professionals, destinades a persones amb interès i motivació de formació en aquest sector, com també, a persones ocupades en els sectors agrari i maritimopesquer i que no tenen la corresponent qualificació professional. Les accions formatives s’inclouen tant dins la formació reglada els cicles formatius del Ministeri d’Educació;com formació no reglada: els certificats de professionalitat del Ministeri de Treball.
2. Realitzar accions dirigides a acreditar la competència professional adquirida a través de l’experiència professional o de vies no formals de formació.

Ser reconeguts com a centre de formació de professionals del sector primari de l’Illa. Per això, treballam per:
1. Ser un referent en el marc de les illes Pitiüses, a on trobar professorat i equipaments de qualitat,amb una oferta formativa i de serveis que inclouen el d’orientació acadèmica i laboral.
2. Ser un centre dinàmic, capaç d’adaptar-se a les demandes de qualificació professional del sector.
3. Ser un centre d’innovació, obert a projectes d’experimentació, investigació i intercanvi d’experiències.
4. Difondre la figura dels i de les professionals del sector primari per tal que es valori la necessitat i la qualitat de la seva tasca,com agents fonamentals d’aquest sector econòmic i la seva repercussió en la qualitat del paisatge i medi natural. Així com, la repercussió directa de la seva activitat en el principal motor econòmic de l’illa, el
sector turístic.
