És l’òrgan de participació de la societat en els centres integrats de formació professional. Ha d’estar format per dotze membres amb veu i vot, més el secretari o la secretària, que ha de ser el secretari o la secretària del centre, amb veu i sense vot, amb la composició següent:
a) Quatre representants: dos de l’àmbit educatiu nomenats per la conselleria competent en matèria d’educació i dos de l’àmbit laboral nomenats per la conselleria competent en matèria de formació. Un o una d’aquests representants ha de ser el director o la directora del centre i ha de presidir el Consell.
b) Quatre representants del centre: dos del professorat, un del personal no docent i
un de l’alumnat.
c) Quatre representants de les organitzacions empresarials i sindicals que tenguin la condició legal de més representatives: dos representants de les organitzacions sindicals i dos de les empresarials.

FUNCIONS:
a) Establir les directrius generals per elaborar el projecte funcional del centre i aprovar-lo.
b) Analitzar i aprovar el pressupost i revisar els comptes de gestió del centre
c) Realitzar el seguiment de les activitats del centre, assegurant la qualitat i el rendiment dels serveis.
d) Emetre l’informe amb caràcter previ al nomenament del director o directora.
e) Col.laborar en l’establiment de contactes amb les empreses i les institucions per facilitar l’assoliment dels objectius fixats en el projecte funcional.
f) Altres funcions de naturalesa anàloga que determini l’administració pública que hagi proposat la creació del centre integrat públic o hagi autoritzat el centre integrat en règim de concert educatiu.
